Measure around your natural waist (where shorts normally sit).
*The waistband is elastic, so it will stretch beyond the listed size.*
Length
Measure from the top of the waistband down to the bottom of the shorts.
Tip: If measuring shorts you own, measure waist flat and multiply by 2.
