Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
OBT is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order.
OBT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
