All sales are final.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:
• incorrect size selection
• change of mind
• ordering the wrong item
• delays caused by shipping carriers
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
DEFECTS, DAMAGE, OR PRINTING ERRORS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
To request a replacement, email:

• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can correct the order.
SHIPPING ISSUES
OBT is not responsible for:
• lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• delays caused by shipping carriers
• incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, you may contact us and we will do our best to help.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Because orders begin processing shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has been placed.
